HAVE A QUESTION?
For many concert goers, it is their first time to visit us at the FBSO, and we are so happy you are joining us. However, it's natural to have a few questions that you'd want to have answered. Look here to see what most people ask for.
Not finding what you need? Reach out directly through our Contact Us page.
We use many venues for our concerts. To see the full list of venues and the events for them, please see our venues page.
If you arrive after a performance has begun, the ushers will do their best to seat you during an appropriate pause in the program. However, late seating is not always available at all performances. We recommend being on time.
As hungry as we get with all the hard work we do, please do not bring food into the auditorium. This helps us keep the area clean, and last longer for future concert goers.
No tuxes or ball gowns required! We suggest that concert goers wear business casual attire.
Please turn off cell phones and other electronic devices for the duration of the performance. A bright screen in a dark auditorium is distracting to other audience members. We also ask that there is no flash photography during the concerts.
Of course! FBSO has concerts for the likes of all ages. However if they become disruptive, we ask that you please escort them outside the concert hall.
Lost your ticket? No problem. Our box office volunteers can look it up through our ticketing system. Be prepared to show ID, and we can get you those tickets right away. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to contact us.
Wheelchair accessible seats are available upon request. Ticket price options can be viewed through the ticket buying link prior to purchasing. When there, please select the wheel chair accessible option.
Tickets are available for purchase at the box office starting 1 hour before each concert. Arrive early for a shorter wait and more time to find your seat.
