GREGORY MCDANIEL, ASSISTANT CONDUCTOR & ASSOCIATE CHORUS DIRECTOR
Gregory McDaniel is honored to be Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra Assistant Conductor and Assistant Chorus Director. Gregory is currently teaching choral studies at Alief Taylor High School in Alief ISD. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Choral Music Education at the Moores School of Music, University of Houston. During his studies at the Moores School of Music, Gregory competed and won first place in the American Choral Directors Association Undergraduate Conducting Competition in 2009. The 2015-2016 season brought the opportunity for Gregory to conduct his very first opera production: Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélite for EADO Lyric Theatre.
